A half dozen years ago we sourced and roasted some Rwanda coffee and it was remarkable. The juicy mouthfeel and delicate sweetness were unlike most if not all the coffees we’d tried before. For our fall seasonal release we are jazzed to have Rwanda beans once again. The flavor profile is as delicious and unique as we remember. We’re finding hints of vanilla, clove, dark fruit and black tea underneath the round syrupy mouthfeel. There’s a delicious sugary resonance that keeps us reaching for our cups.
