Our spring seasonal offering is a grade 1 organic Peru that comes from a growing cooperative in the northern region of Cajamarca. We’ve found it to be just right as a cinnamon colored medium roast. With a nice silky, syrupy mouthfeel and subtle underlying hints of brown spice, this coffee is calm and cozy initially. Contrarily it finishes with some tangy citrus, grapefruit and lime flavors which brighten it up. If you like the smooth mouthfeel of Ethiopia or the clean bright citrus qualities of Costa Rica, give this one a try, it’s got both going on.
